Hassan has over 28 years of invaluable experience in Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE), Quality, Risk Engineering, Geology, Hydrogeology, Groundwater Drilling Programs, Groundwater Modeling and Project Management. Highly focused with a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of various industries. Hassan started his career in 1993 as Hydrogeologist and then as a Project Manager in Ministry of Water Resources. In 2003, he joined Occidental of Oman and pursued several roles until become the Vice President of HSSE and Risk Engineering.

Abstract:
Occidental of Oman Inc, Contractor Intervention Program (CIP) is designed to be utilized when Contractors, Sub-contractors or Vendors show key leading and lagging indicators that they are either occasionally or regularly falling below the mandatory HSE expectations and requirements of Oxy Oman. The CIP is designed to be dynamic and introduce incremental enhancements to address additional challenges and raise expectations towards sustaining HSE Excellence. The program become with time, more sensitive to risk-tolerance and help further guide all key business partners towards achieving and/or maintaining a world-class HSE program.
